Karin Whitney
HOAMPROS Founder, Karin Whitney, has over 30 years of property management knowledge and experience and focuses on providing an individualized bespoke style of community association management. Karin Whitney HOAMPROS has been in operation since 2010.
Karin is well versed in the policies, procedures and regulations that govern California community associations. She is a participating member of CAI (Community Association Institute} SF Bay Area Chapter and ECHO (Educational Community for Homeowners), signifying a high level of professionalism and dedication to continued education in the industry.
Karin has specialized exclusively in community association management since 2004. Her extensive experience extends to the management of upscale condominiums, planned developments, commercial centers, industrial parks, mixed-use developments, and live-work condominiums.
Karin understands the uniqueness of the San Francisco Bay, Marin and Sonoma County real estate landscape and is finely attuned to the forecasts and future trends that ensure the success of a client’s home investment. Karin has been a resident of the San Francisco Bay area for 34 years.
